In this workshop we will discuss in a group setting what it means to be flexible and perhaps rethink how this shows up in our daily lives, with how we view ourselves and how we interact with the world. We will dive into the anatomy of Hanumanasana (Monkey Pose or Splits) and work toward conditioning these muscles before working toward our deepest expressions of the pose. No experience required- just an openness to learn!
