This class is suitable for students new to yoga, those who are reconnecting to their practice, or for those interested in exploring intentional breath and mindful movement in their bodies. In each class we will take time to practice staying curious and present as we learn to cultivate body awareness, strength, flexibility, and mobility; letting go of judgment and honoring the space that we are in that day, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
