Yin yoga is a passive practice involving breathwork and variations of seated and supine poses that are held for anywhere between 45 seconds to 5 minutes. Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine Philosophy, in this class we take time to tune into the seasons, access deeper layers of fascia and help to clear energetic blockages along the meridians of the body. This practice is complimentary to our often busy lifestyle and active practice. ALL LEVELS
