Each week we have a different focus to dive deeper into all the tissue of the body. We move slow and intentional allowing our bodies to settle, be challenged, and move out of our everyday patterns. We work hard, yet also take breaks offering a down-regulating (calming class.)
Kristi sometimes offer a helpful or relaxing massage technique into her practice (she is also a Thai massage therapist.)
