A three-class series focusing on using props (such as blankets, blocks, straps, bolsters) to greater create ease, deepen intensity, or focus on one component of a pose. We'll also look at multiple modifications that can be made to common yoga poses to suit them to your body.
No one needs to change their body to fit yoga — yoga can change to fit your body!
