This class is meant for anyone wanting to feel better through aerial movement, mindfulness and fun. Shapes and movements will be explored with floating that will provide some decompression and new good feelings.
The intention surrounding this class is to fight anxiety and depression using movement with the aerial hammocks and to give you some fun.
