*Every first Wednesday is Restorative ONLY*
The majority of poses offered are floor based, subtle movement to increase range of motion. We also use breath-work, standing poses, restorative poses, myofascial release balls, and holding poses in this down-regulating (calming) class.
This is an excellent class for those that want to start back into a movement practice slowly, wanting to take excellent care of an aging body, and/or recovering from injury/illness.
