Cultivate a sense of nurturing and self-care as we move through Moon Salutations (a soothing alternative to Sun Salutations) and hip-opening poses, and finishing with a long, guided meditation on using the image of the full moon to release what’s no longer needed and invite peace into our minds and health into our bodies.
