Get deeply grounded in your body, your breath, and into nature itself in this special offering by Stephanie. We'll begin laying our mats onto the soft grass, and take a one-hour practice of deep hip openers and other grounding poses, while enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. After class, Stephanie will speak about the practice of walking labyrinths and walking meditations, and those who wish to can stay and walk the labyrinth located right next to practice area.
